1、摘 要烟气排放连续监测系统(CEMS)是监测烟气污染物排放的现代化手段。本文基于工程背景,简述了CEMS的国内外发展现状,介绍了CEMS结构组成和工作原理,研究与探讨了火力发电厂烟气排放连续监测系统的设计,给出了火力发电厂烟气排放监测系统软、硬件的设计思路,并实现监控系统的各项控制功能。在此基础上设计实现的以上位机、可编程控制器为核心的具有烟气排放连续监测能力的监控系统,以期实现电厂烟气排放情况进行实时监测。阐述了火力发电厂烟气排放连续监测系统的总体方案,顺序控制设计法在PLC梯形图程序设计中的应用,重点利用MCGS组态软件设计上位机监控软件,给出了使用组态软件对监控画面组态的方法。上位机软件
2、具有强大的功能和友好的用户界面,实现了运行参数流程与列表显示、报警提示、历史查询、参数曲线跟踪等功能。自主设计了由电气和气动元件以及PLC组成的控制系统,并对该系统进行了调试,最后对火力发电厂烟气排放连续监测系统的应用进行了展望。关键词:烟气排放连续监测;可编程控制器;MCGSAbstractContinuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) is monitoring the gas pollutant emissions of modern means.
